Sometimes, I play with my food.....

 We all need to develop a healthy attitude with our food and exercise. Not all of us can do the things that others can, but we can do what we can.  Changes can always be made. We can take parts of what others do and add to our lives. Most everyone can walk. It costs nothing. I am not a runner. It doesn't appeal to me. Now walking and hiking are fun. You have to find what works for you and incorporate it in your life. The same with our food choices. We don't always like the same foods. I like to try new and different foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good to do. A diet that takes away the fruit would be hard for me to follow. Finding that balance is what usually works. Each of us has the power to change what we do. If you really want to change you can. Believe in you. You are worth it.                          Becky Oppe
