Sometimes, I play with my food.....

 Life is all about choices. None of us are perfect so, we do not always choose wisely. The big trick is moderation. A small slice of cake does not mean we must eat the whole thing. We also have to know what our triggers are. Peanut butter is one of mine. The PB2 I measure out, then mix it. Yes, I could measure the regular peanut butter out, but it is so tempting for me. And I get more PB2 for the Smart Points and calories. I love for my meals to look pretty. To look good and taste good, feels like I am indulging a little. Recently it came out, that walking for 10-15 minutes after a meal can reduce the chances of type 2 diabetes. That seems like such a small thing to do. Little changes mount up. Be positive. Work toward your goals. Always keep moving forward.
